Sarah Schifter has always found inspiration in her parents. Although she also wanted to help young people, she wasn't sure where to start.

Bob’s passion for mentoring led him to mentor two young people — Jake and Carlo — impacting not only their lives, but also his own. 

Despite only meeting remotely, Jacob and Carina have built a strong mentoring relationship on their shared passion for the medical field.
