Highlight the mentors and mentees in your mentoring program who are powering the New York mentoring movement. If you know an exceptional mentor making a difference, share their story and nominate them for a MENTOR of the Year Award.
Submit Nominations By May 9, 2025!
All nominated mentors and their organizations are highlighted on social media and/or the MENTOR NY blog. Awarded mentors also receive a MENTOR Star Plaque, a $500 donation to their mentoring program, and VIP treatment at our Awards ceremony along with their mentees and program staff.

Remembering Luke Boisi
During the Awards, we honor the vibrant life of Luke Boisi, who tragically passed away at the age of 21. Luke was the son of Geoff Boisi, founder of MENTOR: The National Mentoring Partnership, and the brother of Zach Boisi, former Director of MENTOR New York.
Luke was personally impacted by mentorship and spent his last years serving others with AmeriCorps. To honor his life and legacy, we proudly present the Luke Boisi MENTOR of the Year Award to a mentor who, like Luke, embodies the spirit of carrying the torch forward.
